Main Duties:
- We are a conferences organizer we Are selling and marketing Medical event
- Our Operations & Customer Support Representative are responsible for accounts ( doctors, hospitals and clinics)
- After initial training on our work they go to meet the doctors, mostly in University, big MOH in order to describe the advantages of our Our conferences and get them to order it.
- Purchasing our material
- Handle & Help IN event setup
- Collection of checks
- Responds well to coaching in a cross-functional team environment.
Job Requirements
- We are currently seeking to recruit graduates (with 0-2 years work experience)
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- A natural communicator
- Presentable
- Skills with use of Microsoft Word Office Suite, such as Word
- Exhibits the ability to multi-task, a strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers and effective organizational skills
