Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot PC’s and laptops and Printers.
- Troubleshoot network devices routers, switches, Access points and Camera systems.
- Install and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
- Install and Manage windows clients.
- Manage infrastructure system including ( DNS, DHCP, file server).
- Support for LANs, WANs, VLANs, Routing, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or any related field.
- From 0 to 3years’ experience preferred.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Good organization skills.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible working hours.
- Knowledge and Support for LANs, WANs, VLANs, Routing, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
