Job Description
- Identify sales opportunities by ensuring a systematic qualification process, communicate via phone and social networking sites and all the means that lead to increased sales
- Consistent gathering and recording of sales data, and information for follow-up by Account Manager.
- Cooperating with the field sales team to prepare a complete offering that fits with customer needs .
- Understanding and discussing commercial needs of customers and acting accordingly.
- Coordinating with technical support team to respond to customer technical requirements
- Delivery of quotations and technical replies to customers.
- Reviewing customer orders, and check if there is any discrepancy.
- Follow-up with the customers on Open quotes status.
- Support Payment Follow-up.
- Preparing sales reports
- Recommend and help customers in finding products that are precisely based on their desires.
- Display and arrange products to promote sales and describe how products are used.
- Arrange deliveries and maintain customer relationship
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone to internal and external customers, employees, and management.
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours (4pm – 12pm) 2 Days off (Friday-Saturday).
- Location: Cairo - Masr El Gdeda.
Job Requirements
- Strong Internet usage experience.
- 1-3 years experience in Telesales in a must and preferred in multinational company.
- Strong English skills (Preferred).
- Indoor & Outdoor Sales Operations.
- Commission up to 5000 EGP.
