About the Job

We are looking for Application Support Engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • First line support for customer escalations and compiling of information pertaining to incident reports.
  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Analyze customer issues.
  • Performs troubleshooting and diagnose the issues from Business and Technical prospective.
  • Escalate unresolved or unknown issues to second line support.
  • Collect, Analyze, and reformat customer requirements for new changes.
Job Requirements
  • 0-2 Years Experience
  • Basic Knowledge about Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
  • Basic Knowledge about Unix commands.
  • Self-motivated.
  • ITI graduated (Preferred)
