Job Description
Management activity
- Organize weekly meetings with team to ensure operations (respect delivery lead times, treats pending problems, clarifies process,…)
- Evaluates team’s competence, recommending training support when beneficial
- Organizes team’s vacation
- Proposes remuneration based on performance
Reporting activity
- Analyze data from ASC to stand on sales area volume, maintenance repetitive problems and performance of services in all areas
- Issuing weekly/monthly report determining (no. of calls, receiving claims, installation , Maintenance , Pending claims , replacements)
Operational activity
- Acts as a Logistics coordinator
- Receiving the ASC monthly sheet containing all information for installation and maintenance, during the month to be able to calculate fees of services
- Prepare ASC account according to orders executed during the month
- Send statement to ASC to send payment request from ASC
- Issue all payment request related to AFT maintenance
- Receive inquiries from ASC to resolves a variety of order related issues
- Acts as a back-up for his team’s tasks
Job Requirements
- Education: Requires a university degree
- Past experience: 4 years in an operational position (phoning, coordinating, producing kpi’s,…), with positive results
- Languages: Arabic and English (French optional)
- Above average reading (communicates orally with end-users), writing (communicates in writing with customers), and arithmetic skills (produces statistical analysis) required.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Computer skills: Excellent computer skills, notably the use of Excel, computer literate with the desire to learn…. Previous experience with SAP a plus
- Job knowledge: Required professional verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization skills
