Job Description
Maintaining the profitability rate of selling spare parts
Preparing the general budget for management (financial cycle and profitability) with setting the annual target for managing spare parts and distributors.
And merchants
Develop pricing and distribution plans for spare parts
Developing sales offers that suit the local market in order to gain customer confidence
Communicate with the regional maintenance manager to meet the needs and requirements of customers and service centers
Develop an emergency plan in the event of a defect in specific spare parts and how to order spare parts as quickly as possible to maintain
Customers satisfaction
Collecting and analyzing reports sent by work teams working in the after-sales services sector
Ensuring the efficiency of the service provided to customers at all spare parts sales outlets
Ensure the availability of all tools that facilitate the ordering, storing and dispensing of spare parts
Communicate with manufacturers to confirm the contents and arrival dates of spare parts shipments
Communicate with the person responsible within the company for customs clearance and release to ensure the completion of customs procedures.
Communicate with the financial officer within the company to follow up on shipment cost operations
Preparing initial spare parts orders for new models
Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating submitted offers
Work to reduce stagnant inventory to the minimum possible
Job Requirements
Have a bachelor's degree
Experience at least 10 years of experience in the field of spare parts in similar agencies
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, e-mail - Outlook
