Job Description
- Prepared projects monthly reports; including time schedules’ updates,percentage of progress, planned versus actual, remaining works, etc….
- Monitored & evaluated the work performance progress against planned schedule.
- Reviewed Contractor's Construction Baseline Time Schedule & Updates setting corrective actions.
- Reviewed & analyzed Contractor's project time status report setting corrective actions.
- Attended progress meetings for solving arising problems related.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate project cost control.
- Earned Value Management and Earned Schedule, including manage scope &WBS and other breakdown structures.
