Job Description
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Coordinates the appropriate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving reports, inventory requisitions applicable to items maintained.
- Provides accurate, current inventory data for planning decisions.
- Prepares reports of Production, inventory balance, shortages, safety stock deviations as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
Skill:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
- Excellent Excel skills.
