Job Description
- Receipt of the procurement plan from the Director of the Department and work to implement it by not less than 95%
- Receive applications and work for their classification and begin to take action orders of supply based on the record of suppliers approved by the administration.
- Complete purchases as quickly as possible at the lowest cost and highest quality.
- The search for suppliers constantly and the necessary work towards the selection of suppliers in accordance with the rules of selection of suppliers and the work of price comparisons of the required items.
- Conduct a periodic evaluation of suppliers and submit the report to the Director.
