Job Description
- Fully aware of reservation through Amadeus System
- Comfortable with securing new product as well as maintaining and developing exist relationships
- Arrange travel for business and vacation customers through calls
- Travel Consultant will handle all type of reservations for the corporate accounts and will
- be reporting to Managing Partner.
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
- Find fare and schedule information
- Dealing with all hotels booking systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for group and individual.
- Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Handling Customer Requests and Inquiries Both by phone and by Email and Follow Up Customer Request
