A Warehouse Officer oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. They ensure that all warehouse processes run smoothly and that inventory levels are maintained accurately. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
o Inventory management: Conducting regular stock counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, following up on replenishment requests, and ensuring proper labelling and storage of goods. 
o Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, issuance to production, and dispatch to customers in a cost-efficient manner.
o Maximize space utilization in the warehouse and be responsible for maintaining 5S in the warehouse areas along with good warehousing practices.
o Coordinate with logistics service providers to transport goods and resolve logistical issues. 
o Ensure compliance with the local and company standards. 
o Provide timely reports on warehouse operation and inventory status. 
o Ensure timely entries in the ERP system.
o Follow FIFO or FEFO and highlight non-moving inventory.
