Job Description
- Review design changes for projects with a view to adherence to plan achievement.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets, bids, and contracts to provide project requirements.
- Participate in the development or implementation of policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work to maintain the quality of work.
- Participate in setting scientific or technical goals to achieve the requirements of senior management.
- Review and match the architectural and construction panels, identify, and clarify the differences between them, and coordinate between the different engineering departments in the project to achieve common goals.
- Participate in reviewing, recommending, or approving contracts and estimated costs to comply with the budget.
- Study the plans and contract documents in detail about the finishes and inform the executive manager of any deficiencies in the design or documents to take corrective measures.
- Formulate and prepares delivery requests submitted to the consultant regarding the finishes and architectural works and prepare the necessary documents and plates for that to implement the plan.
- Supervise the implementation of the works on the ground regarding the finishes on a daily and monthly basis and informs the direct manager of the defects and irregularities that are in the executed works to take corrective measures.
- Participate in making a feasibility study for the project through different analysis methods, needs, and market demand to determine the feasibility of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any relevant field (Engineers Syndicate Card).
- 4-7 years of experience in relevant field.
- Mastery of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- PMP Certification is a must.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with MS Office.
