Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Specialist will act as the Marketing arm for the Partnerships, Programs, and Business Development Team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all the marketing activities related to the Business Development Team.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop effective marketing strategies and plans that will assist in achieving the Business Development Team KPIs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing Team and the Business Development Team and follow up with the marketing team when needed to ensure that all the Business Development Team requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to design and create different marketing campaigns relevant to the Business Development team projects and programs.
  • Attend different meetings with the Business Development team to understand, and have full alignment on the different projects, programs, and partnerships, and hence the marketing activities needed for them.
  • Create social media campaigns, and posts on different platforms and channels.
  • Create proper content and design to be published on our different platforms and channels.
  • Manage, own and execute all the marketing activities related to the Business Development Team.

Job Requirements

Experience & educational background:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an agency background.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a relevant field.

Skills & knowledge:

  • Very high level of attention to detail.
  • Very good time management skills.
  • Very good level of communication skills.
  • Excellent English & Arabic proficiency.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize the different marketing activities.
  • Previous experience in creating posts on social media and creating social media campaigns is a must.
  • Previous experience in producing content is a must.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and creating designs will be a plus.
  • Project Management skills.
