Job Description
Objectives of this Role
- Assist in the development and implementation of the accounts’ brand strategy to achieve clients’ goals
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Management of digital ad platforms
- Create, manage and monitor social media targeting and other digital ad campaigns
- Understanding of advertising design best practices, keywords, A/B testing and pixel management
- Evaluate digital advertising performance and create detailed campaign reports
- Partner with creative team on ad copy and creative
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Job Requirements
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role “is a must” minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficient in paid social, retargeting is a must and display advertising is a bonus
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
