Job Description
- Assist your supervisor in conducting research into all cases.
- In collaboration with other team members, evaluate and then monitor settlement implementation
- Monitor progress of all cases and report to Supervisor/Legal head.
- Work with your supervisor and other team members to identify insufficient in data and resolve them
- Assist your seniors in assessing the impact of the settlements
- Help in developing plans according to the settlement agreement
- Conduct literature review of legal services with the aim of upgrading them
- Write and present daily reports of implementations, as well as weekly research reports
- Monitor the preparation of background supporting materials such as presentations and reports
- Make suggestions and recommendations to higher management for improving, monitoring and reporting of progress
- Paying attention to detail in order to correctly report and interpret information
- Being highly organized to handle requests and information coming in from various directions
- Exhibiting exceptional time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Respecting confidentiality of personal data with which they may come into contact
- Communicating well to help clients understand legal language and procedures
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Legal Researchers Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with relevant software applications
- Excellent attention to detail.
