Job Description
- Create the project schedule and follow up to make sure work stages are progressing accordingly so it would be delivered on time
- Ensure the project expenses and resources are within the budget agreed on
- Provide course correction plan if budget is exceeded in any section, or project is delayed in any phase
- Coordinate the allocation and availability of resources, labor, and sub-contractors with a sites manager
- Delegate project tasks according to a staff position
- Track project performance and provide regular reports
- Prepare project analysis presentation
- Follow up with clients’ payments in association with the accounting department and review sub-contractors’ invoices
- Keep track of any events or incidents by the client that may cause any delay for extension of time
- Revising BOQs and contracts of any project
- Assist with risk management to reduce project risk
- Assist with quality assurance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the field
- Expert with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (word, excel, & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expert with reading working plans
- Expert with revising BOQs and contracts
