Job Description
- Plan and manage the day to day administration functions in the company
- Establish Administrative policies and procedures and lead staff members with providing coaching and guidance to ensure that facilities, maintenance and other administrative services are provided in a maximum of smooth and efficiency.
- Preparing and monitoring the annual budget for all admin services and expenses.
- Managing the Security and Health and Safety Departments to provide a safety and secured work environment with all legal documents and permissions.
- Reviewing the Company utilities and make the energy usage analyses to finding all saving and cost reduction ways.
- Conduct and organize company events with other department.
- Handle urgent projects as required.
- Manage facilities and maintenance services – renovations, furnishing, landscaping and housekeeping (cleaning – pest control) in the company site in purpose to ensure that reflect the company’s image and environment to both employees and visitors.
- Organizing and coordinating the internal management of the factory and ensuring that all operations are in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Supervising the factory maintenance plans.
- Manage and follow up the supervision of the restaurant and buffet.
- Supervision of fire protection networks, industrial safety and supervision of occupational safety and health.
- Management and supervision of the movement and the motorway of the transfer of workers
- Supervising the renewal of all types of car licenses and investigating traffic violations
- Management and supervision of the movement of employees, either by cars owned by the company or by renting
- Management and follow-up of the housing of the workers (rental units for workers)
- Workers' housing contracts, follow-up maintenance of company accidents and settlement of custody.
- Revise and pay bills; rents, electricity, gas, phones, internet….etc. and ensure control and optimum costs is always met.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Proven experience from 10 to 15 years in the admin field (Min. 5 years of experience as admin manager or similar administrative role)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Males only
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong PC skills in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
