Handle customers’ efficiently based on high-quality service standards, through showing high knowledge of product and high skills of handling inbound customer calls & making some outbound calls in accordance with the processes and targets of the contact center and Centro client’s expectations
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to Clients via phone
- Handling inbound customer calls & making some outbound calls
- Handling queries around services, orders, Billing, Tariff & customer complaint
- Accurately log all interactions via established business process and tools
- Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers
- Reporting to Team Leader Operations
- Schedule adherence, break adherence
- Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly
- Need to be the team player with positive attitude
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate qualifying age of working full-time basis
- Fresher or relevant Experience in areas of customer services related to processes across Banking, Telecom, Insurance in Service Industry/BPO
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Office)
