Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative CRM Executive to join our team in Cairo.
- Builds and manages email campaigns & accounts
- Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
- Code and design various email templates
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop and execute integrated, strategic lifecycle programs, that drives user engagement and retention
- Manage and optimize User communications channels tools (e.g. Push, in-app / SMS / Email) to enable the efficient and effective delivery of communications to targeted audiences
- Automate communication through CRM tools and work with products team to configure triggers
- Analyze campaigns to increase engagement and conversion, ongoing optimization.
- Support Marketing initiatives to achieve engagement and CRM Excellence in markets
- Develop and execute the seasonal calendar campaigns across all CRM channels
- Work closely with the Data, Product, creative, and marketing teams
- Create regular reports on campaigns, lifecycle program performance
