Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day sales at assigned key accounts & build relationships with customers and potential business associates to promote Diversey products and services.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Prepare and contribute to the company’s sales plan by reviewing performance and examining potential growth, in the assigned markets.
  • Manage all pricing for sales in the territory of responsibility within the company’s authority limits.
  • Identifies cross selling opportunities within region and customers.
  • Oversee and assist the distributors in other GCC countries – provide support as required, visit customers, help increase the business potential and customer base.
  • Ensure product innovations are sold in the market.
  • Liaise with Engineering Dept, other KAM’s and potential customers regarding equipment needs and advice customers on types of equipment to invest on or purchase.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Chemistry or any related discipline.
  • Good communication at all levels of the customers organization.
  • 3+ years Sales /Key Account management & business development experience.
  • Functional basic knowledge in business management and finance.
