Job Description
- Handle the Personnel operations in line with law
- Ensure the compliance of social insurance procedures with law
- Handle the exit procedures and its related documents according to the labor law
- Maintain the filing system for the current & resigned employees
- Ensure all related contracting documents is aligned with the labor law
- Follow up the governmental medical insurance regulations for new hires
- Maintain the contract renewals for all employees according to the labor law
- Handle quit procedures according to the absenteeism period.
- Ensure labor office
