Job Description
Internal Audit Manager
Department: Quality
Reporting to: Quality Manager
- Taking approve for the duties, powers and responsibilities of the Internal Audit Unit within an internal audit charter approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
- Ensure the adequacy of internal control and control systems and their effectiveness, and assist departments in identifying and evaluating risks and the development of appropriate policies and procedures for their management
- Review the work of the company's departments and prepare periodic and regular reports on the observations discovered and the procedures necessary to address those observations and irregularities
- Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, standards and instructions
- Ensure the implementation of all the instructions and regulations of the company and its internal regulations and propose the development of weaknesses in the financial, administrative and operational systems
- Ensure that the instructions of the regulatory parties and the decisions of the Executive Director and the Board of Directors are implemented by all employees
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's procedures
- Examine the reliability and accuracy of financial and administrative information and reports, as well as the integrity of the systems and procedures used for the preparation of the various reports
- Carrying out special tasks or investigations assigned by the Board of Directors or the Audit Committee on various aspects of the company's work
- Evaluate the company's policies and procedures, prevent or detect fraud and other risks, and make observations and recommendations there on
- Develop the annual and strategic plan of the department based on the objectives of the internal audit and in accordance with the policy of the company
- Ensure that the recommendations have been implemented or that the management concerned understands and accepts the risks
