• job description includes administrative functions. You are responsible for the execution and planning of the budget in the department. Your job also entrusts you with the task of overseeing the inventory and revamping the department to upgrade its contribution to the welfare of the organization. In addition, you need to formulate effective strategies that enhance the financial welfare of the organization.
• Operations supervisors also develop measures to motivate employees and undertake office management.

Planning/Supervision:

• Plan and co-ordinate, in conjunction with the other Supervisors as required, the timely manufacture or dispatch of window blinds within your designated teams to achieve your team objectives and balanced scorecard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by management.
• To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management.
• Provide cover for other teams / other Supervisors during periods of absence, holiday, etc.
