Job Description
- Maintain correct cargo acceptance as per CACC standards and in accordance with the carrier’s cargo handling manual including security standards.
- Fill weight and Dimension slip form (WDS) / sign it ensuring correct data entry.
- Coordinate loading and special handling with GSA/Carrier and warehouse.
- Communicate with GSA/Carriers to exchange necessary information for flight planning and manifestation.
- Maintain correct build-up and weighing of ULD s & properly fill in ULD tag / sign it.
- Keep control of ULDS, loading materials and cargo forms.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies, following up on customer complaints and needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including phone, fax, e-mail and in person.
- Bring irregularities to the attention of Export Supervisor and Manager on duty (MoD).
- Handle irregularities with Customs Authority.
- Perform all duties delegated by Export Supervisors, Duty Managers & Operation Manager.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates
- University Degree in logistics or commerce
- Fluent English is a must
- Able to work on shift basis and during national holidays
