- Lead the branch operations tasks
- Achieve the monthly objectives and targets
- Informing students with course start dates and weekly updates
- Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
- Maintain the quality standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- +3 years experience in the customer service field
- Previous experience in training centers is a huge plus
- Target orientated
- Very good English
- Good in Microsoft Office Program
- Multi-Task, Able to Work Under Pressure
- Working Hours on shift basis 1 day off rotational
- Age from 26-35 only
