Job Description
- Perform maintenance reminder follow up calls on daily basis as per the provided work sequence sheet.
- Call customer in polite and professional manner.
Proceed with customer follow up phone call as per the recommended dialog for maintenance reminder - Promote appointment to customer and make appointment as per the work sequence sheet
- Report any irregularities to MRS supervisor as per the work sequence sheet
Update Customer and Vehicle information at Database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- 6th of October residents are preferred.
