Job Description
Summary/Objective
- A quality assurance coordinator conducts quality assurance audits of chocolate stores and its related facilities assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved.
- Consults with company management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.
- Functions as an information source to upper management and various company departments when special and critical quality issues occur.
- Function in conjunction with manager, quality assurance services, on special department projects.
- Confirm that shop/store audit procedures are properly carried out and assigned working procedures are maintained.
- Determine overall shop service and product quality.
- Evaluate and report with regard the poor display and presentation of products in branches and its relative quantities.
- Consult with management and personnel on better operational procedures to improve overall efficiency inside shops.
- Function as an information source for staff members in shops on better methods of dealing with product and service offerings and general customer dealings.
- Prepare shop evaluation reports and submit them to management.
- Operation of customer feedback program and its associated tasks.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably a graduate of the American University of Cairo, German University of Cairo.
- 1 to 3 years experience in the field of quality assurance or control.
