Job Description
- Getting customer interest on our service / product.
- Achieve high transferring and closing percentage.
- Collect & document customer basic information.
- Maintaining hard work and positive attitude.
- Report the customer information in the correct system
- Giving clear information about our product / service to the customer.
- Identify & escalate priority issues.
- Follow-up with customers when necessary.
- Follow the appropriate guidelines and procedures for any given situations.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management.
- Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management.
- Enter coding and tracking information completely and accurately on relevant system.
Job Requirements
- Working hours: (Monday - Friday) from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
- English fluency is a MUST.
- Be prompt for work and back from breaks.
- Very good Communication & Negotiation skills.
- Ambitious and team work player.
- Able to work under pressure.
