Job Description
1-Transportation Logistics:
• Develop and oversee the implementation of transportation schedules and routes to meet the company's service delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure the timely and efficient transportation of passengers and goods.
• Analyze transportation data, such as delivery times, route optimization, and load capacity, to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor transportation management systems (TMS) to track and optimize transportation operations.
2-Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure the company's transportation operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including vehicle safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate transportation-related risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and industry associations related to transportation operations.
3-Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service quality enhancement.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transportation operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving the company's transportation services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transportation management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a transportation management or logistics role, preferably in the tourism or transportation industry.
• Thorough understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in transportation planning, and logistics optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple transportation-related tasks and projects.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
• From 40 to 45
