Analyze and understand retail, commerce, and supply chain business needs.

Implement, configure, and support the ERP Retail module (D365 F&O), including product setup, pricing, loyalty programs, and call center operations.

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 application support for end-users and troubleshoot technical issues in the ERP system.

Work with SQL Server to extract data, run queries, and resolve database-related problems.

Coordinate testing and integration between ERP Retail and other systems.

Document system configurations, known issues, resolutions, and user guides.

Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Deliver end-user training and ensure knowledge transfer for new functionalities.

Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to maintain system reliability.

Bachelor’s degree.
Min of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
