Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Manager for FMCG leading company located in 6th of October. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for market planning, Trade marketing strategies, business planning, utilizing analytical skills, and driving sales initiatives on a daily basis.
- Qualifications
- Market Planning, Trade Marketing, and Business Planning skills
- Maintain key client distributors and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Representing the company in all internal and road shows and external events, exhibitions, trade visits, and seminars related to the company's exports.
- Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, and maintaining clients’ satisfaction.
- Follow up the implementation of ATL and BTL activates the customers’ production according to the required specifications and the agreed period.
- Monitoring the preparation of location and required materials during events or fairs.
- Listing event requirements from other departments (Logistics, Finance, IT, etc.…), communicating efficiently with each concerned department and setting deadlines and contact person.
- Monitoring the execution of events (people, location, setup, etc…), evaluating and reporting the performance of the overall event.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the agreed activities, follow and evaluate the market execution, refine the execution plan (if needed) and analyze the results.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annually Sales & Marketing analytical reports.
- Ensure expenditures are in line with the budget and submitted claims are legitimate and in accordance with the defined policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA - Marketing Holder is prefaded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the Retail FMCG industry is a plus
