Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful design solutions across all marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of visual communication principles, a passion for food Industry and branding, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and effective designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.
- Conceptualize and design innovative packaging for frozen vegetables and pre-fried frozen potatoes, considering factors such as product appeal, shelf impact, and target audience preferences.
- Create compelling visual identities for new product launches and brand extensions.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials for sales and marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging social media graphics and visuals for online campaigns and promotions.
- Create visually appealing presentations for sales meetings and marketing presentations.
- Design and develop website graphics, banners, and interactive elements.
- Create engaging email marketing templates and online advertisements.
- Manage the company's social media presence through visually appealing and engaging content.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content for marketing materials.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
- Stay ahead of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Continuously explore new and innovative design techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experience in the food industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
