Job Description
- Recording, monitoring and following up the production cycle on machines (setting and operating times, production volume, and machine other related data) using the models approved by the cost department and matching the actual data of the operations with the standard data and identifying the deviation.
- Preparing periodic reports on the speeds of the machines for all crews working on the machines (minimum, maximum, and average speed of each machine), comparing the actual speeds with the standard speeds of the machines, and identifying deviations.
- Preparing periodic reports on the adjustment times for all crews working on the machines, clarifying the names and details of the operations, comparing the actual data with the standard data, and identifying deviations.
- Investigate the causes of malfunction during operation and notify the direct manager immediately.
- Receiving a copy of the work order for each operation and review process inputs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (Accounting).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
