Job Description
- Manages the daily activities of parcels in a distribution center all over Egypt governorates.
- Implements procedures to improve quality, productivity and efficiency of workflow.
- Ensures shipments are delivered in a timely manner.
- Develops operational strategies according to continuous monitoring of market dynamics.
- Sets objectives for the operations team and facilitates the achievement of these objectives in light of company goals.
- Analyses data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Handle returns and refusals.
- Answering inquiries in person, by phone and on e-mail.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to meet customer satisfaction.
- Issue reports and follow-up on result.
Job Requirements
- Have experience in courier services, shipping companies.
- Good English language
- Able to see the big picture as well as the finer details
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills is essential
- Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation
- Good MS Excel skills.
