Job Requirements
- MBA from a top-tier university
- 5+ years of experience delivering against large, complex programs and projects in a consulting environment, ideally within Digital and Web.
- Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, and Visio experience would be a plus
- Experienced in business process improvement, identifying and documenting work as it’s delivered today and using recommendations and client input to create an ideal future state
- Ability to develop new or optimize current operating models for how work is delivered
- Proactive approach and dedication to excellence in consulting delivery
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable self-starter who can thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
