Job Description
- Research and identify solutions to elevators \ escalators enquiries
- Getting priced technical quotations from the supplier/s
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for the clients
- Support sales teams for negotiations with clients
- Prepare contracts
- Prepare orders from supplier/s
- Follow up with sales/ client/ management
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- High skills with cost estimation
- Hands-on experience with mechanical engineering
- Good understanding of elevators \ escalators products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with Excel & word
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BS degree in Mechanical \ Electrical engineering
