Job Description

  • Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Compose correspondence, and prepare statistical reports. 
  • Maintain Databases and filing systems.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Maintain office procedures.
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Develop a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.
  • Organize logistics and plan events
  • Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow (e.g. distribute vital information, schedule presentations and plan for logistical needs).

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, and business communication softwares.
  • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity and equity.
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Able to troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
