Job Description
Providing support to other teams if any optimization or troubleshooting on the performance of the application to avoid errors.
Installing, configuring, and managing windows ,laptops, pc's , servers and printers.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software including essential
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting office 365 applications
Kaspersky endpoint Antivirus installation and troubleshooting for clients’ desktop and laptop computers.
Daily check for clients’ server room’s equipment including; servers physical health check, network devices and WAN connections operation and performance check.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or system engineering
At least 3 years of IT Technical Support hands-on experience
Good experience with basic Microsoft systems administrative tasks for; Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows backup, File sharing, Internet access and connection installation and troubleshooting.
