We are hiring as Customer Service Representatives

Job Description:

  • Handle customers inquires Provide customers with accurate information

Job Details:

  • Location: -6th of October/ Maadi (Raya Contact Center)
  • Working Hours: Rotational shifts 24/7
  • Days Off: 2 days off on rotational basis.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Interested to work in Customer Service (over the phone)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fresh graduates and experienced are encouraged to apply. •Experienced in call centers is a plus.
  • Maximum Age: 35
  • Gender: both males and females.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent typing Skills (English).
  • Males must have an identified military status ( for Egyptians).
