Job Description
- Receiving Briefs and grasping all the activity marketing objectives required.
- Concept development and ideas generation.
- Briefing the Creative department and follow up on the progress.
- Briefing the production department on the outcome and follow up progress.
- Preparing pricing sheet with all the stakeholders involved.
- Setting a time plan for the project.
- Aligning and engaging all the project stakeholders.
- Send the customer concept presentation.
- Handling all the amends and tweaks and finalize all items with stakeholders for kick off.
- Sending quotation along with time plan awaiting for approval and PO.
- Cascading PO to the finance department in order to Kick off the project.
- Follow up on the on ground progress until service is fully provided.
- Send an implementation final report and final invoice.
