Job Description

  • Flexible to Provide administrative support to Senior Management.
  • Organize meetings and arrange appointments.
  • Typing in Arabic & English as required.
  • Organize and maintain office conditions, furniture & equipment, to the highest standards and arrange for necessary repairs in a timely manner.
  • Order stationary & supplies.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient and timely work procedures.
  • Deal with correspondence, complaints, and general queries.
  • Maintain office General & Administrative office budget.
  • Implement & maintain office procedures & administrative systems.
  • Record and update in a timely manner personnel records.
  • Use a range of software packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain & update Office CV data base, profile, consultant’s coordinates & yearly gross rates.
  • Update & maintain Active project work sheet on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements

FEMALES ONLY APPLES

  • Bachelor degree of any discipline required.
  • Previous experience in Tourism industry is a big plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in Administrative tasks
  • Representative, good communication skills & time management.
  • Microsoft Office applications is a MUST
  • Very good command of English language
