Job Description
- Flexible to Provide administrative support to Senior Management.
- Organize meetings and arrange appointments.
- Typing in Arabic & English as required.
- Organize and maintain office conditions, furniture & equipment, to the highest standards and arrange for necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Order stationary & supplies.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient and timely work procedures.
- Deal with correspondence, complaints, and general queries.
- Maintain office General & Administrative office budget.
- Implement & maintain office procedures & administrative systems.
- Record and update in a timely manner personnel records.
- Use a range of software packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain & update Office CV data base, profile, consultant’s coordinates & yearly gross rates.
- Update & maintain Active project work sheet on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
FEMALES ONLY APPLES
- Bachelor degree of any discipline required.
- Previous experience in Tourism industry is a big plus
- 1-3 years of experience in Administrative tasks
- Representative, good communication skills & time management.
- Microsoft Office applications is a MUST
- Very good command of English language
