Job Description
Main Duties:
- Overall responsibility for providing after-sales support to clients who have activated their trading accounts.
- Responding to client requests and questions via, telephone, chat and email.
- Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc
- Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients.
- Promote financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
- Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner.
- Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation.
- Train clients on the Company's trading systems.
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email.
Job Requirements
- A University Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
- Native speaker in Arabic language.
- Very Good knowledge of English language ( Written - Oral ).
- Excellent telephone communication
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Prior experience in Financial Services, FX or Binaries markets will be considered an advantage
