Job Description

Essential duties & responsibilities will include: -

  • Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to destination.
  • Sorts and distributes mail on a daily basis.
  • Receives visitors and directs to appropriate person.
  • Assists in related projects such as scheduling utilizing Excel and Adobe PDF writer.
  • Handles confidential and non-routine information.
  • Translating documents, from both English to Arabic and vice versa.
  • Well organized, energetic team player, able to take initiative and multi-task.
  • Team Secretarial experience and good knowledge of MS-Office Products.
  • Preparation of Word and Excel documents, including letters, meeting notes and reports, organization of printing of documents.
  • Arrange meetings, including inviting attendees.
  • Handles an eCommerce website operations.
  • Handles all admin related or other requested tasks.
