Job Description
- Audit of quality management system and general documentation requirements.
- Audit the site and building standards and site security.
- Audit product flow, segregation, product handling and storage conditions.
- Conduct tractability tests and check stock rotation.
- Follow up corrective tests and check stock rotation.
- Follow up of product withdrawal and product recall.
- Help in incident management and product release.
- Help in complaints handling.
- Control of non-conforming product, damages and returns.
- Personal hygiene review.
- Improvement the standard operating procedures.
- Review facility management systems related to:
- Housekeeping and hygiene.
- Waste and waste disposal.
- Pest control.
- Good operating practices.
- Receipt of goods.
- Product handling.
- Environmental control.
- Physical and chemical product contamination.
- Contracted services.
- Review quality training needs and competency.
Job Requirements
- One year experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (Preferable).
- Confidence.
- Leadership skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Very good computer skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Team working Skills.
- Good English command is a must.
