- Execute and monitor service delivery processes by performing assigned tasks under the supervision of IT and Operations Team Leader and according to operations manual and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Computer skills at user level (MSOffice, Opera).
- Expert in Excel (knows VLookUp, Pivot Table, Concatinate).
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in formatting tools (audio, video, images) will be an added value (Photoshop).
