Job Summary
- Key point of contact between Concrete Surgeons and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new services. including: organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting services.
- Builds Concrete Surgeons’ market position as a leader in providing & enhancing concrete services through developing strong relations with Construction companies, Factories, Consultants, Authorities, and Academic institutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrange Meetings with prospective & potential clients at construction, industrial, or consultants to show catalogs, and to inform them about service, availability, and advantages.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing & new clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, to promote the sale of company services, and sales support.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific client requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Follow up with the technical office to ensure that quotations sent on time.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Research and identify resale opportunities & potential clients to achieve sales plan.
- Provide non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to clients, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase performance.
- Participate in developing sales plans to introduce services in new markets.
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with clients and competitors.
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
- Attend trade shows and seminars to promote services or to learn about industry developments.
- Maintain sales forecasting reports.
- Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business or Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
- Advanced Sales Diploma is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Sales, and Business Development, Preferably in the field of Construction.
- Excellent ability to communicate and write in the English and Arabic languages on a professional level.
- Strong Computer skills and ability to use software applications including Office Applications and other presentation tools.
- Strong presentation skills & ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.
- Organized and presentable.
- Ability to travel to cover sales territory plan.
- Dedication, Motivation, Integrity and excellent team spirit.
- Valid Driver’s License required. Preferably owns a car.
