Job Description
- Providing full support to the Commercial team by a daily, weekly, monthly and seasonally comparative reports to analyze the sales per store per brand and per item.
- Providing technical support to all ERP's users (Accounting’s, Warehouses and P.O.S's) in their daily problem with the system and resolve it if any.
- Providing full support to warehouse to enter the new season’s collection on timely and adequate manners.
- Providing periodical training sessions on how to use the system's features for old users and to the newcomers.
- Report to the Logistics Manager the discrepancies in the inventory counts to make decisions.
- Assist in daily entire flow of operation.
Job Requirements
Required Education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Required Experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in Fashion Retail Field, and accounting background is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of ERP User Software Applications.
- Experience in Help Desk.
Required Skills
- Time management skills.
- Proficient MS Office user.
- Work under pressure.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Good computer skills.
- Very good in English.
