Job Description
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
- Amend final designs to clients’ comments and gain full approval
- Collaborate with other designers to complete projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- (3-5) years of experience working in a creative graphic design atmosphere
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in designing for both print and digital media
- Experience with Fashion and Retail Graphic Design
- Experience with branding and identity design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
