Job Description
- Support for driving the digital strategies, activities, website management, social media and digital analysis.
- Regularly Maintains and monitors The Company Website content (products, categories, news, etc.).
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Managing on-line brand and product/service campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the social networks and company website
- Response to Messages, Reviews, Comments & request in the website.
- Follow up with Online Orders process till delivery confirmation from the client.
- Execute Digital Plan on social channels like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluating customer research, market, conditions and competitor data.
- To manage the e-commerce accounts ensuring product presentation is maintained online.
- Response to clients online.
- Follow up online campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Fashion background is a must.
- 3 years of experience in retail fashion.
- University degree in PR or Media.
- Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker and ability to generate ideas outside the box.
- An analytical thinker (Able to understand numbers and data analysis).
- Strong knowledge of MS applications and Excel.
- Excellent English language.
- Reporting Skills.
- Photoshop, illustrate, design programs.
- Accurate.
- Problem solving skills.
