Job Description
- Screen and handle candidates calls, resumes and correspondences as requested.
- Schedule candidates for interviews; prepare offer letters, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate.
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate candidate background checks and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor.
- Coordinate all internal and external job postings.
- Assist with the recruiting report preparation.
- Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc.
- Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting-related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc.
- Create, maintain and update personnel files.
- Provide monthly attendance & overtime summary for payroll related.
- Follow-up employee's attendance, leaves, reports, etc.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Creating and distributing documents
- Providing customer service to organization employees
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Active, hard-worker, ambitious.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Certificate in Human Resource Management is a must.
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Excellent command of communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Multi-tasking ability.
